Overview

Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is seeking Technical Program Managers to support the EMEA E2E team. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of land development, build, lease, network, retrofit, and capacity projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer capacity requirements are delivered on time by proactively managing schedules, dependencies, and risks. Working closely with partner teams, you'll hold stakeholders accountable for SLA performance, provide trusted guidance, and drive early risk identification and visibility to keep projects on track and achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Manage schedules for small metro areas; maintain trackers, checklists, and action logs. Track metro-level milestones across internal systems  

  • Execution Tracking & Governance: Follow up on deliverables with partner teams (Lease, Build, Eng, Ops). Ensure milestone readiness and governance hygiene. 

  • Communication & Reporting: Produce concise weekly execution updates and status summaries. Draft meeting recaps and leadership read-outs. Prepare slides and dashboards for end to end, S&O, and metro forums. Act as a quality gate for accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. 

  • Risk & Issue Visibility: Identify, document, and track risks/issues across the lifecycle while maintaining dashboards showing status, ownership, and timelines. 

  • Actively leverage Copilot and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to automate the processes of tracking and summarization.   

  • Use Microsoft technologies to create, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports that deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations to support data-driven decision making. The role involves the coordination and dissemination of relevant data and analytical outputs to both internal and external stakeholders.   

  • Project Management: Contributes to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and manage business needs.  

  • Security & Compliance: Ensure secure forums, SharePoint hygiene, and access controls whilst promoting compliant data handling and collaboration practices. 

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. 

  • Experience in technology or datacenter domain. 

 While not required, we also look for the following  Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Program or operations management experience in complex environments 

  • Strong Power BI, Excel, reporting and tracking tooling 

  • Clear executive-level written communication 

  • Highly organized, proactive, strong follow-through 

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and cross-functional forums 

Background Check Requirements:  

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:  

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 63,400.00 - € 105,700.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
