As a Data & Reporting Analyst II at ICON, you will contribute to our information technology function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes.
What You Will Do:
Your role will involve delivering contract management work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leverage strong analytical skills to objectively interpret data from various sources, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Apply independent critical thinking to analyze problems, present data-driven solutions, and drive actions to meet business objectives.
- Validate and ensure the quality of data before initiating analysis, conducting quality checks on your work to maintain accuracy.
- Compose and deliver data outputs in a client-friendly manner, meeting established timelines and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate in the creation of dashboards and metrics, contributing your expertise to establish relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to understand reporting and analytical requirements and provide relevant training and support.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field and 3+ years of related experience.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the Pharma/CRO industry.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data manipulation using PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and provide data in consumable formats and full accuracy for various levels of the company, including ICON Senior Leadership, working independently after receiving initial guidance/training.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently after initial guidance/training.
