Your Journey starts here!
Turn data into insights that make a real difference to our customers and our business. Joining our Customer Insights team, you’ll take ownership of key reporting and analysis, helping teams understand performance, uncover opportunities and make confident, data-driven decisions. You’ll create intuitive reporting that enables colleagues to explore data independently, while using emerging AI capabilities to make our insights smarter and more proactive. It’s a role with plenty of scope to collaborate, experiment and develop your skills as our approach to analytics and AI continues to evolve.

What you’ll do as a Customer Insights Analyst

  • Turn data into action by analysing complex datasets and translating your findings into clear, practical insights that improve customer and business performance.
  • Own and evolve key reporting, maintaining and improving dashboards while developing new automated and self-service reporting that helps teams make better decisions.
  • Partner with teams across the business to understand their challenges, define reporting requirements and provide the insights they need to operate effectively.
  • Build confidence with data by sharing your expertise through training and workshops, helping colleagues interpret insights and use data effectively in their day-to-day decision-making.
  • Support forecasting and forward-looking analysis, helping teams move beyond understanding what happened towards identifying what could happen next.
  • Explore the potential of AI, testing emerging technologies and developing AI-enabled insights, alerts and workflows that improve efficiency and support smarter decision-making.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 2–3 years’ experience working with data and analytics, with examples of turning analysis into meaningful insights and business outcomes.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities and a working knowledge of SQL, alongside the curiosity and confidence to learn new tools.
  • Experience creating clear, engaging data visualisations, ideally using Tableau or a similar reporting and visualisation platform.
  • Confidence working with complex datasets from multiple sources, with an analytical mindset and a structured approach to investigating and solving problems.
  • An interest in AI and automation, with some exposure to generative AI tools or large language models and an appetite to explore how they can improve reporting, analysis and workflows. Experience with Python or R would be a welcome bonus, but isn’t essential.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities and an openness to different perspectives and new ideas.
