Join the MOSAIC team, a major, multi-year initiative to revolutionize our core Custody product offering. We are building a best-in-class, strategic custody platform designed to materially increase operational efficiency, grow our market share, and solidify our competitive advantage.
This is a pivotal business role for a forward-thinking Digital Product Manager who will own a key workstream within this transformation. You will be at the heart of defining the future of Custody, shaping critical aspects of our new strategic model. This is not a technology role; you will be the business owner, partnering with technology teams to bring your vision to life. We are looking for a new breed of product manager who thinks commercially, embraces Artificial Intelligence (AI) and new tools, and is driven to work differently to build the future of financial services.
What you will do:
Commercial Strategy & Vision: Define and own the product strategy for your workstream. Develop and own the business case, P&L, and commercial success of your product. Translate high-level vision into a detailed roadmap with clear business requirements, success metrics, and financial targets.
Digital Product Definition & Execution: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle using modern, agile methodologies. You will analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and client feedback to design innovative, standardized solutions that enhance the client experience.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the key business leader and liaison between your commercial and client-facing partners, Operations, and Technology teams. You will drive alignment, communicate business plans, and ensure your product vision is executed flawlessly to achieve commercial outcomes.
AI-Powered & Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage advanced data analytics, management information, and AI tools to drive results. You will oversee your product's financial performance, identify opportunities and gaps, and develop compelling business cases for new digital initiatives.
Go-to-Market & Growth: Partner with commercial and client-facing teams to shape a powerful go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and pricing to ensure successful adoption and portfolio growth.
Innovation & Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a go-to expert on custody products and the wider industry landscape. Champion the use of new tools and technologies, including Generative AI, to accelerate product development and uncover new opportunities.
What we'll need from you:
Core Experience: Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a cross-functional, agile environment.
Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of custody products is essential, specifically with the settlements and safekeeping lifecycle. Experience in asset servicing is a strong plus.
Commercial & Strategic Acumen: A strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive business innovation, develop strategic scenarios, and use data to make informed decisions and forecasts. Experience with P&L management or building business cases is highly desirable.
Execution & Influence: A history of successfully managing complex projects, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and working with technology teams to deliver on a product roadmap.
Leadership & Communication: Exceptional problem-solving skills and clear, concise written and verbal communication. You are comfortable working autonomously, managing deadlines under pressure, and adapting quickly to changing requirements.
Digital Fluency: A passion for technology and a strong interest in leveraging new tools, particularly AI and data analytics, to redefine product management and create value.
Industry Landscape (Nice to have): Experience and awareness of the broader financial services and FinTech industry landscape would be an advantage.
