Job Description

What You’ll Do as Culture Reimagined Specialist

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:  

  • Drive Primark’s culture agenda by partnering with stakeholders to embed company Values and Behaviours across the colleague lifecycle and support the delivery of culture-focused initiatives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of culture, engagement and recognition events, managing logistics, schedules, suppliers, communications and overall event delivery.
  • Own and manage the annual Culture & Values calendar, ensuring key campaigns, events and engagement activities are effectively planned, communicated and delivered.
  • Manage and develop engaging content for ZING, including colleague stories, recognition initiatives, values-led campaigns and best-practice sharing, while aligning messaging with Internal Communications.
  • Coordinate global recognition programmes and support culture projects through the creation of presentations, toolkits, guides, engagement materials and campaign assets.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide project support, including working with Culture Advocates, managing suppliers, tracking engagement metrics and supporting reporting, administration and project coordination.

What You’ll Bring  

Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: 

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering culture, colleague engagement, communications, or organisational culture initiatives, with retail experience considered an advantage but not essential.
  • Event & Engagement Coordination: Proven experience planning and coordinating events, workshops, recognition programmes, communications and colleague engagement activities within a global or complex organisation.
  • Content & Communication Skills: Strong ability to create engaging internal communications and storytelling content, with experience using employee communication platforms such as Zing or similar tools being beneficial.
  • Organisation & Project Management: Excellent organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, activities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confident working with a diverse range of stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels, building strong relationships and driving collaboration.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly proactive, hands-on and delivery-focused, with a genuine passion for people, culture and purpose, and the confidence to facilitate engagement initiatives and culture-related activities.
