We are a data-driven company with a mission to create reliable and engaging esports and sports experiences for all our partners.We’re looking for a CTO who will partner with our technical CEO, lead our technology organisation, and take ownership of a business unit. You’ll connect technical ambition with customer needs and commercial results, shaping both what we build and how the business grows.We are dead serious about AI. We own our own NVIDIA B300 GPU cluster, and we want a CTO who can turn that commitment into better products, faster engineering, and measurable business value. You’ll lead this next stage while keeping our real-time platforms reliable and scalable.What you’ll own
- Technology strategy and business ownership: Partner with the CEO to set direction and run a business unit. Own its priorities, execution, and outcomes, working with product and commercial teams to connect customer demand, investment decisions, and delivery.
- AI in products and engineering: Turn AI, LLMs, and automation into practical capabilities across our products and development workflows. Set clear success measures, move promising ideas into production, and judge them on quality, reliability, cost, and customer value.
- A strong leadership team: Lead through Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, infrastructure leaders, and Data Science. Give them clear priorities and decision-making ownership, develop their capabilities, and hold teams accountable for delivery and outcomes.
- Reliable systems at scale: Evolve our high-throughput, real-time infrastructure for the next stage of growth. Balance speed and experimentation with the resilience, security, and operational discipline our partners depend on.
- Technically credible: You have a strong engineering or architecture background and can challenge design decisions with senior engineers. You can connect those decisions to product priorities and long-term business needs.
- Commercially minded: You want to run a business unit as well as a technology organisation. You understand customer needs, make clear trade-offs, and take responsibility for results beyond the engineering roadmap.
- Hands-on with AI: You actively build with AI tools and workflows. You can explain where they create value, where they fall short, and what it takes to deploy them responsibly in production.
- A proven leader of leaders: You’ve led engineering organisations through managers and leads, built strong teams, and created a culture of autonomy, clear accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Direct partnership with the CEO: Work closely with a technical founder who wants a strong counterpart to challenge ideas, make decisions, and turn ambition into execution.
- Serious AI investment and real-world scale: Build on our own B300 GPU cluster and a data-rich, real-time business. Help decide where AI can deliver lasting value for our products and partners.
