Job Description

The CRM team at Wise is expanding to consolidate our efforts to develop our global B2C communications.

CRM at Wise is about making sure we develop the best global and regional lifecycle communications as well as keeping up with demand from other sides of the business.

We’re problem solvers - we work with our Product, Marketing Tech, Analytics and UX Research teams to define and execute the strategy for product and marketing customer comms, across multiple channels (email, push notifications, in-app messages)

So we’re looking for a CRM Manager, with strong experience in Liquid, to join and help drive forward our plans for our Pricing and Mission communication.

As a CRM Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing our communication strategy, ensuring we deliver compelling, customer-centric messaging that leads to customers championing the Wise product and brand.

Based in London, you’ll work closely with the CRM team to create best-in-class customer communications, leveraging industry best practices to engage and excite our audience.

This includes collaborating with the team on:

  • Global and regional marketing campaigns focused on pricing, our mission, and how we can leverage referrals in these communications.

  • Pulling data insights that will help grow your main KPIs.

  • Working with data attributes and customer data to create deeply personalized campaigns.

  • Generating ideas and driving initiative to grow the areas you’re looking after.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the CRM platform (Braze) for communications related to pricing—one of our mission's pillars—and our mission updates.

  • Own the end-to-end execution of cross-channel campaigns (e.g. price changes, marketing mission updates, transactional comms, surveys etc.) using email, push notifications and in-product messages.

  • Own the calendar management, deliverability and monthly reporting for your area.

  • Implement the localisation process for the campaigns you run.

  • Utilise Liquid syntax to build sophisticated personalization logic in your campaigns by leveraging available data attributes.

  • Develop your assigned areas through strategic campaigns and tactics, analyze customer data, and provide insights to drive effective marketing initiatives.

  • Bring growth in your area by delivering high-quality work for your defined projects and campaigns.

The role will be based in London and will deliver best-in-class customer communications, following best practices agreed with the CRM team and your lead.

Your mission:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of cross-channel campaigns (e.g. product changes, marketing, lifecycle, transactional comms, surveys etc.) using email, push notifications and in-product messages. You’ll focus on global marketing campaigns focused on pricing, our mission, and how we can leverage advocacy in these communications.

  • You’ll bring growth by delivering high-quality work for your defined projects and campaigns. You’ll get to work closely with one or more CRM Manager(s) and other stakeholders (Product Managers, Pricing Specialists, Researchers, Analysts, etc.).

  • You will be responsible for executing and managing the day-to-day operations of the CRM platform and have an impact on team KPIs. You will contribute to the development and implementation of CRM campaigns and strategies, analyse customer data, and provide insights to drive effective marketing and product support initiatives.

  • You can take part in projects that go beyond the remit of your current role, under the guidance of your lead.

  • Apply product knowledge to drive the right decisions, correct channels and right approaches to take when talking to our customers.

  • Responsible for email calendar management, deliverability and monthly reporting.

  • Implement the localisation process for Wise’s international campaigns.

  • Work with data attributes and customer data to create deeply personalised campaigns.

  • Generating ideas and driving initiative to grow the areas you’re looking after.

Qualifications

While you don't need any specific formal qualifications, proven experience running end to end CRM Campaigns and extensive working knowledge of Liquid syntax is essential. Regrettably if you don't have this then we will be unable to invite you to interview for this role.
