Own the quality and performance of CRM communications across Email, SMS, and other channels, from technical setup and deliverability to campaigns, journeys, and optimisation;
Set up and warm up sending domains, keep sender reputation healthy, and define requirements for IT around SPF, DKIM, and DMARC;
Connect Email and SMS providers via API and webhooks, and launch WhatsApp Business API and Telegram as new channels;
Work hands-on with ESP and SMS platforms: Brevo, SendGrid, Mailgun, Twilio, Infobip, or similar;
Own the delivery funnel: sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed, and keep the base clean through bounce, complaint, suppression, and sunset management;
Register and maintain SMS sender IDs, and manage routes and retry logic;
Test and compare providers based on real delivery performance, including seed lists, inbox placement, and route quality;
Build responsive, dark-mode-safe email templates in HTML and CSS and test them across clients;
Work with Product and IT on everything that affects communication quality, including domain configuration, provider integration, tracking domains, redirect links, consent, and suppression logic;
Assist with building segments, triggers, and journeys in the CRM platform, and launch them with A/B tests or holdouts;
Analyse campaign and communication performance and continuously improve targeting, content, timing, frequency, and channel selection;
Use AI in daily work for copy variants, localisation, campaign ideation, analysis, and AI-powered communication flows.
2+ years as an Email/SMS Marketing Manager, CRM Manager, or Product Manager with a similar scope, working with large sending volumes;
Understanding of domain warm-up, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC;
Hands-on experience with an ESP and an SMS platform (Brevo, SendGrid, Twilio, Infobip, or similar);
Strong HTML and CSS skills for email templates;
Comfortable working with API documentation and webhooks;
Strong understanding of CRM campaigns, segmentation, triggers, and customer journeys;
Data-driven approach: understanding of delivery and engagement metrics, A/B tests and holdouts, and confidence working with Tableau or similar BI tools;
Confident using AI tools in daily work;
Smartico and iGaming experience is a plus.
