  • At least 3–4 years' post-qualification experience in corporate tax, ideally within a large practice, Big Four, top-tier professional services firm or relevant industry environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Irish corporation tax, with experience managing corporate tax compliance engagements.
  • Experience of corporation tax due diligence, M&A tax, transaction support or broader tax advisory work, or a strong interest in developing in this area.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working effectively with clients, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing junior team members.
