Role Overview
The role of the Continuous Improvement Expert, within our Business Process & Operational Excellence team, is to identify, drive and execute on continuous improvement projects. The role is responsible for project management, analysis of business processes, identification of improvement opportunities, and track project implementation status to meet project scope and cost objectives. This position promotes business process excellence, process optimization and leads change management.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Identify and drive process improvement and process optimization opportunities
Develop and manage project schedule and track project deliverables and progress
Prioritize key projects to maximize Cost, Cash, Revenue, and Customer Experience
Collaborate with all Supply Chain business functions to promote improvement culture across teams
Execute and update on project schedules, progress, risks, issues and Return on Investment (ROI)
Alignment with key stakeholders to identify gaps in execution and propose recommendations
Design risk mitigation & contingency plans
Able to manage and drive collaboration to achieve project results
Develops and maintains a management system to drive the key metrics for success
Basic Requirements
Basic Requirements / Specific Knowledge / Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years experience in similar function (Continuous Improvement, Project management )
Understanding of Supply Chain Operations processes, Customer Service and GenAI would be a plus
Ability to work in multinational environment (matrix organization, different time zones)
Drive to inspire people to think differently and deliver commitments
Persuasive, influencing, collaborative and communication skills to develop cross functional relationships and navigate throughout the organization to drive improvements for benefit of customers and business is essential
Proven change and project management skills, with the ability to lead change across the organization
Data analytics - ability to analyze, model and interpret data
Strategic mindset and problem solving skills
Proficient with supply chain management systems and tools especially Oracle, Salesforce Service Cloud
Fluent English (spoken and written)
