We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Financial Analyst I at ICON, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. You will contribute to the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization by providing insightful financial data, analysis, and recommendations.

We can only consider candidates for this role who have full right to work in Ireland or the UK. (For Ireland we cannot consider candidates on Stamp IG visas)

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Analysing financial data to identify trends, variances, and key insights, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and financial statement analysis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting of projects and initiatives.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of financial models and analytical tools to enhance financial forecasting and analysis capabilities.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Entry-level experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
