Client Relationship Management "CRM" (VP)

Role Overview

As a Vice President within the Client Relationship Management (CRM) team, you will act as a strategic partner to a portfolio of key clients, developing a deep understanding of their business models, priorities, and long‑term objectives. You will be accountable for strengthening and expanding these relationships, ensuring revenue stability and growth, and positioning Apex as the client’s preferred global partner across all products and service lines.

This senior role requires a blend of commercial acumen, relationship leadership, and cross‑functional coordination. You will work closely with senior decision‑makers—both internally and externally—to deliver high‑quality solutions, drive client satisfaction, and support the execution of the group’s commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Relationship Leadership

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with senior client stakeholders.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s strategy, operational needs, and future growth plans.

  • Act as the primary relationship owner, representing Apex across all products, jurisdictions, and service lines.

  • Respond to client needs with a solution‑oriented mindset, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

  • Engage with Apex senior management to support account development and strategic initiatives.

Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Protect and grow existing revenue streams by influencing key decision‑makers and identifying new opportunities.

  • Drive cross‑sell initiatives and ensure Apex remains the client’s partner of choice.

  • Deliver targeted commercial campaigns aligned with group objectives.

  • Identify client challenges and collaborate with product teams to shape future service offerings.

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead significant service improvement initiatives where required.

  • Act as the executive escalation point for major issues impacting the client relationship.

  • Prepare and execute structured client engagement plans, including reviews, workshops, and strategic discussions.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work as part of a global account team, contributing to regional and international client strategies.

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior CRM team members.

  • Ensure client feedback is captured, analysed, and communicated to product development and operational leadership.

Target Outcomes

  • Strong, trusted client relationships built on proactive engagement and strategic insight.

  • Stable and growing revenue across the assigned portfolio.
