Key Responsibilities
Client Planning
Assist in writing internal client briefs – Support the creation of briefs once strategy is agreed, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Support communications planning and execution – Collaborate with specialists to implement and execute the communications planning process, mobilising appropriate resources to deliver on the client brief.
Assist in project management – Help manage clients’ communications plans, including timelines and budgets, and communicate directly with clients as required.
Assist in creating composite media plans – Ensure media plans delivered by specialists are accurate, reflect the overall strategy, and are translated into a unified composite plan.
Assist in audit and PCA processes – Contribute to campaign reviews and performance assessments.
Team
Support team development – Assist new joiners in learning the role and support team upskilling as required.
Operational Finance
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing – Take responsibility for invoicing clients promptly and accurately.
Match media plans to invoices – Ensure all media plans correspond correctly to client invoices.
Key Skills and Experience
Essential Criteria
Strong numeracy skills – Ability to manage budgets, invoices, and campaign analysis with accuracy.
Strong communication skills – Clear, effective communicator with clients, colleagues, and specialists.
Attention to detail – High level of accuracy in all aspects of work, ensuring quality and consistency.
Broad product and service knowledge – Understands the company’s offerings and applies them to client solutions.
Understanding of media and advertising – Familiar with industry principles and practices.
Collaborative mindset – Works effectively within a team, supporting others and contributing to shared goals.
Adaptability and initiative – Able to prioritise, multitask, and adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
