We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Assistant to join our Global Client Management team. This role is located in Dublin

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Optimize executive capacity through calendar and travel execution: Manage complex calendars and end-to-end travel (flights, hotels, itineraries) to prevent clashes, keep leaders on schedule, and maintain momentum on priorities.

  • Deliver executive-ready meetings with clear follow-through: Coordinate internal and external meetings end-to-end - agenda, pre-reads, logistics, and actions.

  • Deliver polished event execution: Coordinate logistics for client and internal events - venue, agendas, materials, vendors, and run-of-show.

  • Strengthen expense discipline and turnaround: Process expenses accurately and on time, supporting compliance and clear day-to-day financial management.

  • Build alignment across stakeholders: Liaise with internal partners and external contacts to keep communication tight, actions clear, and deliverables on track.


     

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Deliver for multiple leaders under pressure: Proven experience supporting several managers while meeting tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

  • Operate confidently in global financial services: Experience working in a global financial services organisation with pace, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Run detail-tight execution: Strong organisation and precision, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum.

  • Surface issues early and move to solutions: Proactive problem-solver who partners well across teams to unblock work and keep commitments on track.

  • Adapt fast and keep raising the bar: Comfortable stepping into new challenges, learning quickly, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
