Job Description

Job Description 
As part of Sia’s continued international expansion, we are accelerating the transformation of our Client Engagement and CRM environment to support our global growth ambitions. To lead this effort, we are recruiting a Client Engagement & CRM Manager in Dublin to join our Global Marketing team.  

In this role, you will combine a strong focus on client engagement and account development, and CRM management. You will support the evolution of our CRM platform (HubSpot), foster adoption across multiple countries, deploy and monitor account management routines, and ensure that CRM becomes central for client insight and commercial performance.  

Key Responsibilities 

CRM Transformation & Global Enablement 

  • Support teams across countries in embedding CRM and client engagement routines into their commercial habits. 

  • Drive CRM governance: data models, workflows, user roles, documentation, training materials, and best practices. 

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reinforce CRM as a strategic asset for customer intelligence, communication automation, and account strategy execution.  

 

Client Engagement, Account Management & Performance Insights 

  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor account development and client engagement metrics. 

  • Strengthen account management discipline by embedding best practices and routines such as account reviews, client touchpoint planning, key stakeholder mapping, etc. 

 

Operational Excellence & Performance Tracking 

  • Own CRM quality, ensuring data hygiene, accuracy, and consistency across global teams. 

  • Optimize automation workflows, segmentation logic, and CRM-driven communications in partnership with marketing teams. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management 

  •  Work closely with business and corporate functions to establish a sustainable and effective client engagement approach. 

  • Provide guidance and support to regional teams, ensuring they adopt consistent processes and leverage CRM capabilities effectively. 

  • Serve as the go-to expert for all CRM-related topics. 

  • Partner with internal teams and HubSpot teams to manage integrations, system enhancements, and platform scalability. 

 

Qualifications

Profile 

Required Experience 

  • 3+ years of experience as a CRM Manager, CRM Lead, or transformation-oriented CRM Specialist. 

  • Solid background in CRM systems (HubSpot mandatory), including automation, segmentation, reporting, and cross-team enablement. 

  • Experience supporting organizational change, driving adoption, and securing stakeholder engagement. 

  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality principles, and CRM architecture. 

Skills & Mindset 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure data into insights and action plans. 

  • Excellent communication and training abilities; able to influence and work with senior stakeholders. 

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate both strategically and hands-on. 

  • High level of rigor and attention to detail. 

  • Fluency in English (mandatory); French would be a plus.
