As a Regional Multimedia Operations Associate in Workplace Services Operations, you will oversee the delivery, support, and enhancement of multimedia and collaboration services within your assigned region. You will lead regional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure alignment with global standards. Your role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, service consistency, and innovation. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide a robust, reliable, and secure multimedia environment, helping us deliver exceptional experiences to our teams.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor regional multimedia operations teams, fostering accountability and service excellence.
  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure consistent engagement and performance aligned with global standards and SLAs.
  • Ensure high-quality support for multimedia and collaboration platforms, including incident management and proactive maintenance.
  • Implement and maintain asset support models for a seamless user experience.
  • Monitor operational performance, conduct system health checks, and ensure service continuity.
  • Produce and share regular status and performance reports with stakeholders.
  • Implement risk and controls frameworks in alignment with global policies, ensuring audit readiness.
  • Lead regional teams through internal and external audits as required.
  • Manage regional budgets, track expenses, and support financial forecasting.
  • Oversee asset management, including inventory tracking and vendor coordination.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency, service quality, and user satisfaction.
  • Support the adoption of automation, AI, and innovative tools to optimize operations.
  • Partner with product teams, IT, and business stakeholders for new product rollouts and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with global peers to ensure alignment and share best practices.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

 

  • Proven experience in operations management, vendor management, and service delivery within multimedia or collaboration technology environments.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and develop regional teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, incident management, and process improvement.
  • Experience managing budgets, assets, and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global and regional peers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of risk, controls, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Experience with AI, automation, or innovative technologies as applied to service operations is a plus.
