Focus on researching, testing, and refining content strategies for high-priority product categories as defined by the Category Managers. The role will be to analyse market-specific audience behaviours, research competitors, and identify the best content approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates. Provide category-focused insights that help shape product content strategies, ensuring our messaging resonates with diverse markets while maintaining a competitive edge. 


 

Market & Competitor Research 

  • Conduct in-depth research for each priority category to understand how to best engage target audiences in different markets. 
  • Analyse competitor content strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and conversion improvement. 
  • Gather insights on audience behaviours, preferences, and trends to inform content decisions. 


 

Conversion Optimization & Testing 

  • Work closely with the Category Research Lead to develop and test category-specific content approaches. 
  • Assist in running A/B tests and experiments to measure the effectiveness of content variations. 
  • Use performance data to make recommendations for content improvements that drive engagement and conversions. 


 

Process & Innovation Support 

  • Identify and propose improvements to existing content workflows and writing methodologies. 
  • Support the integration of new tools and technologies to enhance content creation and optimization. 
  • Document and share best practices for writing, structuring, and localizing content across different markets. 

Key Skills & Experience: 

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential; additional European languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish are a strong advantage. 
  • European Market Experience: Proven ability to research, test, and localize content strategies for different European countries and audience behaviours. 
  • Content Strategy & Research: Skilled in analysing competitor content, identifying audience trends, and shaping data-backed content recommendations. 
  • Conversion Optimization: Experience with A/B testing, performance tracking, and iterative content refinement to improve engagement and conversion. 
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfortable interpreting performance data, user insights, and market trends to drive actionable decisions. 
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with Category Managers, Content Leads, and Product teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 
  • Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive contributor to better workflows, tools, and methodologies in content production and optimization. 
  • Adaptability & Innovation: Curious, agile, and eager to explore new content formats, technologies, and approaches.
