Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Transformation Team. This role focuses on improving Sales & Marketing operations through process analysis, system configuration, and automation. We value foundations in systems integration or large programme delivery, followed by hands-on BA work inside a product or enterprise setting. This is not a pure admin position; core BA skills are required to analyse problems, design future-state processes, and drive change.

You will work with Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, and other tools —partnering with Sales & Marketing, analytics, and digital transformation teams to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, data quality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, map, and redesign Sales & Marketing processes using lean principles to drive operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across systems, workflows, and teams.
  • Act as the business lead on system enhancements and new feature implementations across Salesforce, Marketo, Gong and related tools.
  • Serve as primary administrator for key Sales & Marketing systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system configuration or automation.
  • Lead tool rationalisation initiatives, identifying overlaps and proposing streamlined, cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing, operations, and digital transformation teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify pain points and design future-state processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead user training, onboarding, and change management activities to drive adoption and effective usage of tools.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Stay current on trends in Sales & Marketing systems, process automation, and CRM innovation, bringing new ideas into the team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing related systems (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce and Gong.
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to process improvement or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and their interdependencies with systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process mapping tools/methodologies is a strong plus.
