Position Overview
Understand client needs and challenges and implement a plan that maximises the opportunity to deploy dentsu services to help clients meet their business challenges. Responsibilities include managing and aligning a team around client plans. Role model the behaviours and decision-making capabilities required.
Key Accountabilities
Client Profitability
Ensure clients are meeting their profitability targets
Ensure we have fit for purpose contracts and SLAs
Analysis of actual hours v contract hours
Ensure PRIP metrics are tracked and are on track to hit target
Track detailed out of scope revenue targets
Client KAPS
Complete detailed client KAPs for the relevant clients within your remit
Identify growth opportunities - use knowledge of our products and services to influence and contribute to innovative, ambitious and value drive solutions externally
Deliver on KAP growth revenue targets set
Client Satisfaction
Review TRR scores and TRR feedback and put a detailed TRR action plan in place to deliver on the TRR target/maintain TRR target
Builds strong client relationships as a trusted advisor with senior client stakeholders
Delivery Strategy and Implementation for Clients
Use workflow process to oversee the delivery of best-in-class strategy and implementation to clients
Ensure standard and best practices are adhered to within your team in terms or engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
Client Forecasting
Deliver accurate client revenue forecasts monthly
Ensure fees / commission rates are accurately reflected on forecasts
Ensure out of scope actual and forecast revenue is accurately recorded
Team
Management of an integrated and motivated team around client’s objectives and culture
Ensuring that teams are skilled up and resourced appropriately for the client and support with up-skilling as required
Ownership of delivery of performance development plans and reviews including development roadmaps for direct reports; proactive identification and management of performance issues, career mapping of senior team members and talent and succession planning
Operational Finance
Ensure the team and processes are in place to deliver streamlined financial processes and minimising debt and maximising working capital
Skills & Experience
Must have:
Strong marketing, media planning and communications concepts, models, skills, practices, tools, frameworks, etc
Relationship building at a senior level
Commercial and business understanding
Project management
People management
Ability to understand nuances and adapts style to fit
Managing teams in a matrix organisation
Strong understanding of holistic digital media concepts and the dentsu product and service offering
