THE ROLE
As a Business Analyst, your core mission is to act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution. You'll translate complex business challenges into clear, data-driven requirements and ensure solutions are impactful, scalable, and user-centered. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide feature development from ideation to launch, ensuring continuous alignment with both user goals and company KPIs.

A successful candidate will:
- Translate business problems into well-defined products and technical requirements.
- Own discovery and definition phases for new and evolving product features.
- Deliver actionable insights by synthesizing data, user research, and input from cross-functional teams.
- Bridge the gap between technical implementation and business/user needs to ensure solutions are both feasible and valuable.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to gather, document, and validate requirements and use cases.
- Conduct user research, workflow analysis, and competitive assessments to inform decisions.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey insights and inform strategic direction.
- Write user stories, define success metrics, and contribute to Agile planning sessions.
- Monitor post-launch product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identify process and system enhancements to improve team efficiency and product outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical or product role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience or Exposure to Design and basic UI/UX principles.
- Strong understanding of large data sets, data modeling, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience working in Agile product teams, contributing to user stories, and participating in sprint rituals.
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems and workflows and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or querying databases (SQL).
- Exposure to Agile product development practices.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Confluence etc.
