Responsibilities :

Summary
Provides advanced support for project management team, product marketing, sales and technical personnel to develop new products or solutions. Works closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, software development, quality assurance, manufacturing) to ensure successful launch of products. Plans and implements product testing programs; analyzes test results; reports findings; makes recommendations for corrective action as needed. Responds to requests for information on the status of projects.
Responsibilities
• Provide detailed documentation of requirements, analysis, design decisions, user interface specifications, hardware/software specifications, network configuration, training materials, and other supporting documentation.
• Work with internal and external customers to identify needs and develop solutions.
• Assist in developing business plans, strategies, and processes.
• Resolve complex issues by identifying and selecting solutions through applying acquired technical experience and guided by precedents.
• Manage multiple concurrent short-term assignments.
• May lead functional teams or projects as required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field.
Certification for SQL, AI, or Digital Automation is a plus but not required

At least 2 years of experience analyzing data through Excel or other data analysis tools.

• Intermediate to advance Power BI skills is required

• Power Automate, Power Apps skills is a plus

• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience working with a global organization preferred.
• Proficiency in English language
