Job Summary
- Responsible for gathering and defining business requirements to align with company objectives.
- Acts as the key point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Analyzes and recommends improvements to business processes and solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Plays a critical role in testing, training, and knowledge transfer for users.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Define business requirements and provide guidance in outlining business functionality.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents following set standards.
- Collaborate with technical architects to identify optimal business solutions and assess the impact of changes on the existing application environment.
- Support the technical analysis process by providing business insights and ensuring clarity in requirements.
- Act as a liaison between IT, business departments, and external solution providers, including drafting parts of RFPs and addressing requirement clarifications.
- Ensure that workflows and internal IT procedures align with business processes and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct internal application testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Deliver training sessions to key users on implemented applications.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical disciplines.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Proficiency in process mapping and use-case-driven design techniques.
- Familiarity with business process management systems (BPMS) and workflow automation projects is a plus.
- Experience across various business domains/industries.
- Working knowledge of iterative development and Agile methodologies.
- Competence in formal analysis and design tools (e.g., MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word).
- Familiarity with modeling languages such as UML/UMT is a plus.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage and influence challenging situations effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

- Hands-on involvement in Agile environments.
- Ability to deliver training and facilitate knowledge transfer to end users.
