Responsibilities


- Leading the analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behaviour, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations;

- Utilising advanced analytical techniques and tools to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives;

- Conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential threats, and provide strategic recommendations to stay ahead of the competition;

- Developing and maintaining marketing dashboards, reports, and visualisations to track KPIs and communicate insights and recommendations;

- Assisting in the forecasting and budgeting processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and maximise ROI;

- Collaborating with external partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.


Requirements


- Possess previous experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role with a focus on data analysis and strategic marketing;

- Have analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis, data modelling, and segmentation techniques;

- Possess a proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python);

- Have previous experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms;

- Possess the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
