Responsibilities :
JOB PURPOSE/MISSION SUMMARY:
To provide timely and accurate reports that will support Sustainable Sourcing in the execution of its goals and initiatives.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Administer the Regional Business Alliance (RBA) Reporting and Conflict Minerals Reporting
- Communicates, monitors, and summarizes results of various sustainability surveys adhering to set due dates. The sustainability activities performed are the following (future surveys if required will be added):
- Greenhouse gas (GHG) survey
- Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT) Metal Survey
- EPEAT Climate Change Mitigation Criteria for Lexmark key component & final assembling facilities.
- ESG Risk Screening for LCP Suppliers
- Lexmark Product Environmental Spec LPES
- Annual Supplier ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Assessment
Responsible for Supplier Diversity reporting (annual and quarterly reporting)
Works closely with Sustainable Sourcing for any improvements in the process in compliance to regulations and standards.
Leads projects as necessary.
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a good degree of autonomy: able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to new and changing situations.
- Research skills (data collection/finding information off the internet ex. Google etc.)
- Good communication skills (both oral and written)
- Supply chain and ERP knowledge is a plus
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

Education
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business, Management Accounting, or any other business- related courses or engineering courses.
Work Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in Finance or Supply Chain related work
- Experience in CSR and Sustainability is a plus.
