Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Backbook Sales Executive to join our ever evolving Backbook Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce

What you’ll own

  • Proactively contact existing customers to identify and close upsell opportunities 

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close 

  • Deliver compelling product pitches and proposals 

  • Cross-sell and upsell payment solutions to maximise account value 

  • Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales opportunities 

  • Build strong relationships while maintaining a clear focus on revenue generation 

  • Accurately manage pipeline, activity, and sales outcomes in CRM 

  • Stay up to date with products, pricing, and payments industry trends

Success is measured on revenue generated, conversion rates, and KPI performance 

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B sales, telesales, or revenue growth roles 

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets 

  • Strong closing skills, objection handling, and commercial awareness 

  • Confident selling over the phone in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 

  • Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or retention sales highly desirable 

  • Resilient, competitive, and motivated by earnings and performance
