National Marketing Communications Manager

The Audi Brand is attractive, sophisticated and technically advanced.

Audi Ireland are recruiting for a National Marketing Communications Manager.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience (Cx), the successful candidate will be responsible for a number of key tasks including but not limited to the following:

  • Campaign Management
    • Create & activate annual marketing plans, in line with the brand strategy
    • Approve and oversee creative development
    • Brief media agency & manage media planning
    • Monitor ongoing performance
  • Event Management
    • Oversee dealer conferences, launches, national shows & exhibitions from concept to end
  • Dealer Marketing
    • Develop assets for dealer use
    • Build marketing community within the network & provide brand support
  • PR
    • Manage the Press fleet & bookings
    • Attend press launches
    • Maintain relations with journalists
  • Budget Management
    • Forecast marketing spend
    • Monitor annual spend for the department

The successful applicant will have:

  • Relevant 3rd level degree qualification and experience
  • Good knowledge of the motor industry & commercial awareness
  • Strategic approach to tasks & creative thinker
  • Ability to work with the dealer network and headquarters
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong organisation skills with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to be a team player but also be able to work on own initiative demonstrating 'ownership'
  • Digital marketing experience
  • PR & Event management experience
  • Budget management
