The Digital Experience team impacts the global growth of HubSpot’s core products by developing sites, applications, and experiences for the HubSpot brand. In this role, you’ll get to:
- Develop websites and frontend web apps, also tackling:
- Internationalization
- Localization
- Design Systems
- Partner with and influence leaders across marketing
- Build things that drive business value and make an impact
- Explore new technologies and figure out where to use them
- Come up with creative ideas for projects and work through them with your teammates
- Keep learning and advancing your skills by digging into code
- Lead multiple projects with many moving parts

We are looking for people who:
- Ideally have 1-3 years of web development experience
- Effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building accessible web pages
- Experience with CMS Development
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Familiar with server-side development in Node.js
- Working knowledge of RESTful services
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience using a CSS preprocessor (Sass, LESS)
- Knowledge of modern Javascript
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, Angular) and templating systems
- Experience with version control in a team setting
Nice to Haves:
- Front-end CMS experience
- UI components development experience (e.g. Storybook)
- Experience with design systems
- Experience working cross-functionally on a team with designers or other non-developer roles
- Experience with testing strategies, including unit testing and E2E testing

If you are joining our Engineering team in a full-time role, you will be required to attend a regional HubSpot office for in-person onboarding.
