As an Associate Project Manager at ICON, you will support the coordination and management of clinical trials, contributing to the design, analysis, and advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.


What You Will Do:

You will oversee project and programme management workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
  • Coordinating study activities, including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection.
  • Supporting the development of study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
  • Participating in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.

Your Profile:

You will have solid project and programme management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
