About the Role

  • Support localization projects by assisting with tasks such as project coordination, file preparation, and tracking

  • Learn and apply localization workflows and processes under the mentorship of senior team members

  • Assist with linguistic testing and quality assurance to ensure high-quality localized products

  • Update and maintain project documentation and tracking tools

  • Collaborate with localization vendors and internal team members to facilitate project communication and execution

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for increased efficiency

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of in content and software localization

  • Strong understanding of Machine Translation (MT) and hands-on experience with Translation Management Systems (TMS) such as Phrase, XTM, or memoQ

  • Experience working within agile software development environments

  • Consistent track record of leading vendor relationships, including multi-language service providers and technology vendors

  • Success in handling budgets and resources effectively

Other Qualifications:

  • Successfully led localization programs to achieve on-time project delivery, budget adherence, and strong return on investment

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and manage risks for complex localization programs

  • Ability to analyze localization challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Excellent interpersonal and the ability to effectively collaborate with geographically distributed teams

  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability

  • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
