Job Description
What you get to do in this role:

  • Aligned to several EMEA and Global accounts, the Deal Operations Analyst will support the Managed Services Partners and Account Executives,
  • Will support the forecasting process and advise the sales force in commercial sales transactions.
  • Attend regional forecast calls and perform and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Analyze and review current customer licensing, products and usage and ensure license compliance.
  • Ensure the commercial proposal is in line with internal policies.
  • Review Quotes and Order Forms for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all approvals are correctly documented as per the internal policies.
  • Work with cross functional teams (Deal Desk, Finance and Legal) as needed.
  • Interface with Order Management to ensure accuracy of booked sales opportunities in the ServiceNow CRM tool.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in Operations in a software sales organization
  • Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with a CRM System.
  • Has an understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Strong listening, analytics, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet business needs.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results Driven.
