Key Responsibilities- Optimize and standardize global Medical Affairs processes
- Lead LDC implementation and digital transformation
- Ensure governance and regulatory compliance
- Engage stakeholders through workshops and change management
- Advanced degree in life sciences, data science, technology, or business
- 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry
- 3+ years in global/matrixed environments
- Strong experience in process mapping and digital tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Fluent in English
