The Opportunity Ahead
Play a key role in operations by working with suppliers and a series of cross-functional teams to ensure end to end order management. You will apply established processes to manage day-to-day activities, operating independently on routine tasks while receiving guidance on new or more complex situations. In this role, you will contribute to operational efficiency and help build strong, effective supplier relationships.
What We Can Offer You
Contribute to procurement activities that support supplier performance and the effective delivery of operational processes
Manage purchase order placement and contribute to vendor management processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across global suppliers
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Fulfillment, Finance, and Product to resolve day-to-day queries and operational issues
Develop and apply experience in supplier relationship management and procurement operations
Maintain and ensure vendor data accuracy by validating supplier information within established processes
Apply and further develop your analytical and business skills through working with Excel, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
Gain exposure to process improvements and contribute to enhancing procurement workflows and turnaround times
What You Bring
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
Demonstrated interest in developing a career in procurement and vendor management
Experience managing stakeholder and/or customer expectations in a professional environment
Proficiency in data analysis (e.g., Excel) and the ability to work with operational data to support decision-making
Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems, and experience with customer/vendor processes, including escalations and resolution
Ability to communicate information clearly, including experience presenting insights or updates where required
Strong business acumen with an understanding of how cross-functional teams contribute to overall business success

Resolved supplier or customer issues within defined processes, escalating more complex cases as needed
Produced and maintained accurate data reports to support team operations and decision-making
