About the Role:

Calling all innovators and problem solvers! As a Solutions Consultant (aka Deal Making Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer), you'll be the visionary who transforms customer experiences.

Language Requirements

Fluent English plus French or German or Dutch is required - our customer base is diverse and international, and multilingual candidates stand out.

As an Associate Account Solution Engineer, you align business objectives with platform-first capabilities like Salesforce Flow and Agentforce to deliver immediate value while preventing future technical debt. By building modular, resilient, and human-centered solutions upfront, you ensure that every live demo reflects a feasible, scalable architecture that can actually be deployed. Ultimately, bridging pre-sales discovery with implementation readiness turns sales promises into sustainable, long-term customer success.

Required Skills & Experience

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent (essential)

• Excellent communication skills: You can clearly articulate complex ideas and engage diverse audiences.

• Proven problem-solving ability: You have a track record of finding creative solutions to unique business challenges.

• A passion for technology: You're curious about the latest trends and eager to learn new things.

• Strong interpersonal skills: You can build rapport with clients and colleagues from all walks of life.

• Adaptability: You're comfortable working in a dynamic team environment and able to travel occasionally.

• Bonus points if you have:- Fluency in one or multiple languages beyond English (ideally German, French or Dutch) Experience in solution engineering, consulting, delivery, or training
