About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Custody Limited (CCL) provides depositary services to CFS clients with over $350bn in net assets. Operating in strategic global centers CFS provides clients with access to best of breed process and technology of which CCL plays an important role.
As a core member of our Depositary team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across depositary services.
Your Role:
You will establish and maintain appropriate control environment to ensure the CCL fulfils its depositary obligations.
You will implement depositary procedures, review programs and checklists, as well as maintain the departmental procedures manual in a standardized format.
You will review and sign-off on all Depositary related work.
You will ensure adherence by the team to all policies & procedures.
You will work with clients to resolve queries and escalate any issues.
You will prepare and present quarterly board reports.
You will participate in the on-site inspections of Citco Fund Services (CFS Ireland) Limited, as well as schedule and attend periodic client service meetings with CFS.
You will provide departmental reporting to management and assist with training, development and motivation of the team to ensure a positive working environment.
You will assist with compilation of material for SOC testing, on-site reviews and annual audit.
You will have the opportunity to Identify and propose procedural enhancements, as well as assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
You will keep up-to-date with related business, technical and regulatory developments (incl. AIFMD, UCITS).
About You:
You have a third level business/finance qualification and a minimum of 5-8 years depositary/custody /trustee services experience within the funds industry.
You are knowledgeable in hedge funds and related prime broker arrangements, as well as AIFMD/ UCITS regulations.
You have strong team management experience.
You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
You have previous experience managing projects.
