  • Support delivery of fixes, enhancements and technical changes in a controlled and sustainable manner.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, the IT Business Analyst, offshore resources and other technology teams.
  • Maintain technical documentation and improve supportability, resilience and development practices.
  • Help ensure solutions are reliable, secure, auditable and fit for operational use.

What we are looking for

  • Ability to work effectively across business stakeholders, technical colleagues, offshore teams and vendors.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience with IBM i RPG would be a strong advantage.

Qualifications and experience

  • Third-level qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in software development, systems integration, application support, or a similar technical role.
  • Experience in a regulated or operationally demanding environment would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and controlled change/support practices would be beneficial.

What Ayvens offers

  • A competitive salary.
  • A bonus with achievable targets.
  • A pension scheme.
  • Hybrid working and work-life balance support.
  • Opportunities for training and development.
  • Opportunities for progression both locally and globally.
