Manage client relationships and fleet accounts, deliver high-quality customer service and consultations, upsell services, handle quotations and administration, support implementations, work with finance on credit and invoicing, and drive client retention and growth.

The Booking Specialist will handle driver and client inquiries, provide customer service, process orders, manage complaints, and support administrative tasks.

Manage supplier relationships, negotiate SLAs and commercial terms, maintain supplier contracts and databases, run quarterly supplier reviews, monitor purchasing statistics and cost-efficiency, support procurement policies and process improvements, liaise with internal stakeholders and global procurement, and contribute to budgeting and customer satisfaction targets.

Support actuarial reserving, Solvency II Technical Provisions and IFRS 17 reporting. Prepare quarterly reserve estimates, assist with QRTs, year-end certification, audits, system upgrades, analytics investigations, and board materials while working toward actuarial qualification.

Lead business analysis and testing across projects: gather and document requirements, map processes and data flows, define test strategies and manage test execution (functional, integration, system, UAT). Coordinate defect management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality delivery and traceability between requirements and solutions.

The role involves developing and enhancing local applications, systems integration, investigating technical issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reliable solutions.

The SME Sales Executive will identify and manage relationships with SMEs in Ireland, engage in sales activities, and exceed targets.
