Supports recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, HR inbox requests, leave administration, and accurate employee records in Workday. Provides payroll cover, including monthly payroll processing, statutory compliance, benefits administration, payroll provider coordination, and employee query resolution. Also manages the Finance Director’s complex diary, schedules meetings across stakeholders and time zones, and resolves scheduling conflicts.

Provides frontline customer support for vehicle maintenance and repair requests. Processes telephone and email inquiries, directs vehicles to approved repair suppliers, manages complaints, maintains accurate records, and builds relationships with clients, drivers, and suppliers. The role requires strong communication, administration, organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service skills while handling fluctuating workloads and meeting service targets.

Authorizes vehicle repairs, manages maintenance logistics, coordinates CVRT testing, and supports clients, drivers, suppliers, and internal teams. The role minimizes vehicle downtime and operating costs, negotiates repair costs, updates databases, resolves quality issues and complaints, and communicates with manufacturers and repair garages. It requires automotive technical knowledge, strong customer service and telephone communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility to work rotational hours.

Support actuarial reserving, Solvency II Technical Provisions and IFRS 17 reporting. Prepare quarterly reserve estimates, assist with QRTs, year-end certification, audits, system upgrades, analytics investigations, and board materials while working toward actuarial qualification.

Lead business analysis and testing across projects: gather and document requirements, map processes and data flows, define test strategies and manage test execution (functional, integration, system, UAT). Coordinate defect management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality delivery and traceability between requirements and solutions.

Manage supplier relationships, negotiate SLAs and commercial terms, maintain supplier contracts and databases, run quarterly supplier reviews, monitor purchasing statistics and cost-efficiency, support procurement policies and process improvements, liaise with internal stakeholders and global procurement, and contribute to budgeting and customer satisfaction targets.
