The Role
Brilliant Account Managers are natural relationship-builders, strategic thinkers, and organised doers. At Edelman, they are central to everything we do — shaping briefs, leading client relationships, and driving campaigns from insight to impact. You’ll be part of an ambitious, collaborative team that values diverse perspectives and pushes each other to raise the bar.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships
- Interpret client challenges and help shape strategic, insight-led briefs
- Lead integrated campaign planning with creative, strategy and media teams
- Manage timelines, budgets, and output with precision
- Oversee content development and identify external partners such as influencers or creators
- Monitor and measure campaign performance, applying learnings to future work
- Support junior colleagues through mentorship and team collaboration
- Stay current on media, culture, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a communications, creative, or PR agency environment
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead accounts and nurture client relationships
- Excellent writing skills and a sharp editorial mindset
- A passion for culture, storytelling, and media – online and offline
- Ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deliver to deadlines
- KPI-driven mindset and comfort with measurement and evaluation
