  • Lead the governance of apparel grading rules, points of measure standards, Fitting and Sealing processes, partnering with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure consistent application, fit integrity, and adherence to best practices.
  • Partner with QA teams to lead fit-focused initiatives and the adoption of digital fitting solutions, providing training and technical support to ensure effective utilisation across the business.
  • Work cross-functionally with Buying, Design, and the global supply base to drive the implementation of digital product development and fitting technologies, embedding new workflows and supporting the transformation of product development practices across the business.
  • Ensure technical fit requirements are aligned to the needs of customers across all retail markets, including growth markets, and are consistently delivered across all product categories.
  • Develop and maintain standards documentation and training resources, providing guidance and upskilling opportunities for stakeholders and suppliers as required.
