We’re seeking an Solution Assurance intern to join our team. The Solution Assurance team specialises in ensuring seamless interactions between MongoDB and various third-party applications. This involves checking for interoperability issues and confirming that data can flow smoothly between systems, which is crucial for maintaining the integrity and reliability of our solutions.
In addition to compatibility testing, our Solution Assurance team conducts in-depth performance testing to ensure that these integrations meet high-performance standards. We simulate real-world usage scenarios to evaluate how well the systems handle different loads and identify any potential bottlenecks. This helps us optimize system performance and deliver an exceptional user experience. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our seasoned professionals, gain hands-on experience in testing methodologies, and contribute to real projects that have a direct impact on our clients and business outcomes. What we are looking for in you- In the process of receiving a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, with an interest to branch out into the business solutions space.
- Proficient in one or more scripting languages
- Familiarity with test automation tools, technologies and frameworks and willingness to keep learning
- Have a foundation in computer science theory, with an understanding in computer science principles and databases
- Have an understanding or interest in learning about the business solutions space
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with people from diverse professional and educational backgrounds
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Have a minimum of one quarter/semester remaining in university studies after the internship concludes. Graduation date in Fall 2026, Spring 2027 or Summer 2027
- Must be authorized to work in Ireland and provide the Company with copies of all relevant documents, if requested. Company sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates applying for certain roles.

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.
