What we do?  

The Systems Design team helps clients realise digital transformation through systems that are scalable, accessible, and aligned to long-term strategic goals. Whether developing new products or modernising legacy systems, we support confident decision making through structured design methods and AI-enabled insights. We work closely with clients to capture functional and non-functional requirements, align with strategic goals, and ensure solutions are intuitive, accessible, and built for long-term success.  

What type of work will you be doing?  

Within this role you will have the opportunity to:   

  • Gain experience working on diverse and exciting projects with clients from various industries and sectors, to explore their challenges and help them design an appropriate solution.  
  • Act as the bridge between business users and ICT, to support the design of digital systems that meet current and future operational needs.  
  • Learn continuously through our structured graduate development programme and practical on the job experience.  
  • Benefit from the expertise and support of skilled consultants and knowledgeable career coaches who will help you plan and develop your career at BearingPoint. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Ireland and internationally.

What we look for in a System Design Analyst  
  • Bright, curious and enthusiastic people with a passion for continuous learning and development. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (including fluent English).  
  • An interest in Agile methodologies, techniques, and tools.  
  • Ability to get along with others, and make work fun.  
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality.  
  • Ability to draw insights from data analysis and research.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proven ability to be flexible, demonstrate commitment and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.  
  • People who will challenge themselves.  
  • Adaptability to work with different disciplines including project managers, solution architects, software developers and quality assurance teams.  
What we will look for in your CV  
  • Academic Achievement: On track for, or have achieved, a 2.1 honours degree or higher in a Business, Digital or Management related subject.   
  • Excellent academic record. 
  • Demonstrated drive and commitment - in any field such as sports, music, social enterprise. 
  • Adept with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint etc.). 
  • As a global company fluency in another European language is always a plus.  
  • We recommend including a cover letter with your application.   
Recruitment Details 
  • 1st and 2nd interviews will take place in person at our offices on Adelaide Road, Dublin. 
  • Graduate Programme Commencement: Early September 2026.
