Provide strategic employment law advice across EMEA and APAC, partner with HR and business leaders on policy, compliance, disputes, terminations, litigation strategy, cross-border reorganizations and M&A, and coordinate with external counsel while staying current on regional legal developments.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), build relationships with senior decision-makers, research prospects, conduct discovery, qualify leads, and book meetings for Account Executives while developing sales skills through a structured SDR Academy.

The role involves selling Zoom's communication solutions to customers, requiring a collaborative mindset and a focus on problem-solving. You will work in a hybrid environment and contribute to customer success.
