Own global lifecycle and email marketing strategy for a B2B SaaS platform, including nurture, re-engagement, event follow-up, content syndication, segmentation, workflow development, and campaign execution. Define lifecycle stages, governance, deliverability practices, and regional localization across multiple languages. Partner with sales, SDR, revenue operations, and product marketing while measuring database growth, conversion, pipeline contribution, velocity, and cost per qualified opportunity.

Leads the EMEA and APJ SDR organization, owning meeting, SQO, and pipeline performance. Translates global strategy into regional execution, coaches representatives through call reviews and roleplay, develops talent, manages performance, and drives outbound and inbound prospecting standards. Partners with Sales and Marketing to improve meeting quality, pipeline conversion, and campaign alignment while identifying regional process, data, tooling, routing, and skills gaps.

Lead and scale a tiered account-based marketing (ABM/ABX) program across EMEA: build account scoring and intent frameworks, design multi-channel campaigns, align SDR and AE teams on account plans and transfer criteria, manage enrichment/intent data stack and vendors, and report account-level engagement and pipeline metrics to drive targeted pipeline growth.

Provide strategic employment law advice across EMEA and APAC, partner with HR and business leaders on policy, compliance, disputes, terminations, litigation strategy, cross-border reorganizations and M&A, and coordinate with external counsel while staying current on regional legal developments.

The role involves selling Zoom's communication solutions to customers, requiring a collaborative mindset and a focus on problem-solving. You will work in a hybrid environment and contribute to customer success.
