Provides commercial legal support to EMEA commercial, partnerships, and operations teams. Responsibilities include negotiating merchant, partner, and vendor agreements; advising on payments regulation and GDPR; supporting regional entities; and guiding market expansion, new products, and strategic partnerships. The role requires practical risk advice, collaboration across global teams and time zones, and experience in payments, fintech, or technology.

Lead architecture and hands-on development for risk, fraud, scam prevention, money operations, reconciliations, and chargebacks. Build resilient, low-latency, event-driven financial systems with auditable ledgers, strong correctness, and high availability. Mentor engineers, establish technical direction, support production ownership, and collaborate with Product, Data/ML, Compliance, and engineering leaders. Apply AI-assisted tooling and deliver scalable, compliant services across global payment infrastructure.

Lead the architecture and production delivery of AI agents and intelligence systems for payments. Build reliable, low-latency LLM applications with tool use, orchestration, memory, RAG, multilingual conversations, evaluation, observability, and safety guardrails. Develop merchant intelligence and AI operations automation, mentor engineers, establish technical direction, and collaborate across Product, Data Science, and engineering teams in a compliance-sensitive global environment.
