Own merchant solutions from technical discovery through production launch. Build and scale MLOps infrastructure that moves machine learning models from development to production. Responsibilities include model serving, automated training and deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection, rollback mechanisms, streaming feature pipelines, and agentic workflow integration. The role requires collaboration with data science, platform, and product teams to deliver reliable, observable, low-latency ML systems.

Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile payment experiences, from discovery through delivery. Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to identify customer needs, define metrics, conduct research and testing, create production-ready designs, and ensure implementation quality. Lead architecture and hands-on development for risk, fraud, scam prevention, money operations, reconciliations, and chargebacks. Build resilient, low-latency, event-driven financial systems with auditable ledgers, strong correctness, and high availability. Mentor engineers, establish technical direction, support production ownership, and collaborate with Product, Data/ML, Compliance, and engineering leaders. Apply AI-assisted tooling and deliver scalable, compliant services across global payment infrastructure.

Lead the architecture and production delivery of AI agents and intelligence systems for payments. Lead and unify Marketing, SDR, Sales Enablement, and RevOps into a single scalable GTM system. Own and scale the corporate IT stack for a fully remote global company: manage MDM for macOS/Windows, administer identity (Okta/SSO/MFA/SCIM), govern SaaS and OAuth, build security and compliance controls (SOC 2/PCI/ISO), automate onboarding/offboarding and workflows with scripting, act as senior escalation for complex issues, and maintain runbooks and documentation.
