Contribute to architecture, code reviews, performance, resilience, security, observability, and production releases while collaborating in an Agile team.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java and Spring Boot backend services in a distributed microservices environment. Build Kafka-based event-driven pipelines, participate in code reviews, collaborate with architects and product teams, and contribute to technical documentation and design decisions. The role requires current hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, concurrency, and modern Java features, along with Agile/Scrum experience and strong communication skills.
