Coordinate technical delivery across testing and production environments while managing performance, resilience, security, scalability, observability, risks, and dependencies with architects, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Coordinate and deliver releases for a FIS ALS lending platform across development, testing, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams. Plan SIT, UAT, pre-production, and production deployments; manage upgrades, patches, code promotion, environment readiness, cutover, dependencies, risks, and CAB governance. Serve as the communication bridge among product, Scrum, business, and leadership stakeholders. Requires strong mainframe expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2, plus release, configuration, scheduling, and banking-platform experience.

Analyze and document lending business requirements across the FIS ALS platform, producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and technical specifications. Configure ALS parameters, assess impacts, support upgrades, and collaborate with product, business, Scrum, and development teams. Define interfaces, data flows, batch and file-based integrations, and data mappings. Validate data using SQL or Foxtrot queries and support testing, release, and regulatory change delivery.
