Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise EMEA customers, building relationships, executing success plans, driving adoption, demonstrating ROI, supporting retention and growth, and coordinating with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, Marketing, IT, and PMO teams. The role requires serving as a Wrike subject matter expert, monitoring account metrics, managing churn avoidance, and leading customers toward measurable business outcomes.

Enterprise Account Executive responsible for full sales cycle to land new logos (5,000+ employees) in the DACH region. Engage C-suite, build business cases, manage complex procurement/security processes, forecast pipeline, maintain CRM (Salesforce), drive upsell/expansion, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success.

Lead the Klaxoon whiteboarding product area: set vision and roadmap across core experience, AI, vertical use cases, and convergence with Wrike. Drive adoption and retention, enable AI-native R&D, coach and grow a team of Product Managers, and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a world-class visual collaboration tool.
