Manage a portfolio of enterprise EMEA customers, build relationships, develop success plans, drive platform adoption and ROI, support net MRR growth, identify churn risks, and coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and other teams. Serve as a Wrike subject matter expert while maintaining customer engagement strategies, communication plans, and success metrics.

Own Wrike’s company-wide competitive intelligence and positioning program for B2B SaaS. Build battlecards, competitor analyses, win/loss programs, pricing intelligence, ROI models, and executive market insights. Translate intelligence into sales plays, enablement assets, positioning, and deal-level support. Partner with Sales, Product, Enablement, Analyst Relations, and executives while influencing without direct authority. The role also develops AI-powered workflows and tracks competitive win rates, displacement, deal velocity, influenced ACV, and field adoption.

Enterprise Account Executive responsible for full sales cycle to land new logos (5,000+ employees) in the DACH region. Engage C-suite, build business cases, manage complex procurement/security processes, forecast pipeline, maintain CRM (Salesforce), drive upsell/expansion, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success.
