Configure and maintain IAM integrations across SaaS applications, internal systems, APIs, directories, and cloud environments. Implement and troubleshoot joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle workflows, resolve synchronization and authentication issues, administer LDAP and Ory Hydra, manage vulnerability updates, automate identity tasks with scripts, and maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams. The role also supports zero-standing-privilege practices, secure design reviews, and identity security for human, non-human, and AI-agent identities.

Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies. Build relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors, use consultative selling to position Workday solutions, educate prospects on the technology, and collaborate with account management, sales, marketing, and operations teams across EMEA.

Manage international corporate tax compliance, reporting, audits, research, tax provision processes, and cross-border tax matters for non-US entities. Partner with accounting and business teams, support Irish and EU tax requirements, mentor junior staff, and improve tax workflows through automation. The role also contributes to US tax planning and other corporate tax projects.
