Operate, harden, and improve production infrastructure for LLMs and agentic systems. Manage deployments, monitoring, incident response, and ML lifecycle tooling. Build observability, evaluation tooling, performance testing, and automate security upgrades while partnering with ML, backend, and platform teams.

Design and optimize large-scale, high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines for security telemetry. Lead MDM, data enrichment, quality/observability, cataloging, and governance. Build dimensional data marts and semantic layers, enforce PII masking and retention policies, and mentor the data engineering squad to ensure discoverable, trusted security data assets.

Generate new business by prospecting and inbound calling into enterprise accounts, build relationships with prospects and executive sponsors, use consultative selling to position Workday versus legacy solutions, and coordinate with EMEA account executives and internal teams to drive sales activity.
