Build and optimize machine learning models and data pipelines for Workday’s de-identification and anonymization engine. Apply privacy techniques including differential privacy, k-anonymity, l-diversity, and t-closeness; fine-tune NER and pattern-matching models; and operate high-throughput Spark, EMR, and SageMaker pipelines in production. Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, product, legal, and compliance teams to develop scalable ML systems, data governance frameworks, and clear technical recommendations addressing privacy-utility trade-offs.

Provides technology consulting to Workday Success Plans customers through configuration guidance, troubleshooting, feature demonstrations, adoption reviews, presentations, and targeted deployments. The role advises customers on Workday HCM and Financial Reporting, Analytics, and Prism Analytics, translates complex concepts into practical solutions, supports feature adoption, and contributes to new customer enablement programs. It also requires maintaining Workday expertise and certifications while managing multiple consulting engagements and deliverables.

Designs, implements, and operates network security controls across AWS, GCP, and private cloud environments. Automates security monitoring and enforcement using Python, Go, Terraform, and related tools. Leads network security architecture assessments, supports WAF, firewall, DDoS, and IDS/IPS capabilities, develops security standards aligned with CIS, NIST, and FedRAMP, and mentors engineers while consulting with cross-functional teams.
