Teams at Workday

Provides technical advisory and co-development support to Workday partners building integrations, applications, and agents for the Workday Marketplace. The role defines solution designs, troubleshoots technical challenges, reviews partner-built solutions, manages multiple projects, and communicates partner requirements to Workday product teams. Requires integration architecture, web services, XML, HR and Finance process knowledge, and familiarity with cloud, AI, data architecture, and Workday technologies.

Build and operate production services, APIs, SDKs, and high-throughput pipelines for Workday’s anonymization and de-identification capabilities. The role involves implementing differential privacy and group anonymization techniques, scaling ML systems on AWS, optimizing GPU workloads, and supporting reliable production operations. Responsibilities also include automated testing, CI/CD, architecture documentation, design reviews, cross-functional collaboration with legal and compliance teams, and mentoring engineers.

Designs, builds, deploys, and operates AI-powered systems that automate Workday implementation tasks. Integrates LLM and machine-learning capabilities into production products, develops reliable infrastructure and monitoring, improves performance and cost efficiency, and collaborates with product, data science, implementation, partner, and platform teams. The role also helps establish engineering standards for a growing AI discipline.
