Translate enterprise domain expertise into deterministic, schema-compliant tools; develop prompts, MCP tool calls, REST API integrations, and structured data transformations. Build automated tests, evaluation datasets, quality gates, telemetry, and drift analysis processes. Collaborate with domain experts, train authors, review skill implementations, and improve reliability through edge-case testing and production trace analysis.

Serve as the principal technical authority for enterprise endpoint security across macOS and Windows. Architect endpoint privilege management, application control, runtime safeguards, and secure AI and developer-tool governance. Integrate EDR, SSPM, telemetry, and automation platforms; establish security architecture and technical standards; advise leadership and vendors; lead design reviews, escalations, and multi-quarter roadmaps; and mentor junior and mid-level cybersecurity engineers.

Build and deploy AI-powered tools that automate Workday implementation and configuration tasks. Operate and automate a cloud-native cybersecurity data platform for the EU Sovereign region. Manage day-to-day administration, capacity planning, SLIs/SLOs, observability, incident response, and IaC to maximize uptime, reduce toil, and ensure compliance with European data residency requirements.

Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies. Translate business requirements into product configurations, create onboarding materials, and coordinate with Product, Data Science, Customer Success, and Support to ensure successful deployment and transition to long-term adoption.

Provides customer-facing Workday consulting through configuration guidance, troubleshooting, feature demonstrations, presentations, tenant reviews, optimization packages, and feature deployments.
