It also requires maintaining Workday expertise and certifications while managing multiple consulting engagements and deliverables.

Configure and maintain IAM integrations across SaaS applications, internal systems, APIs, directories, and cloud environments. Implement and troubleshoot joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle workflows, resolve synchronization and authentication issues, administer LDAP and Ory Hydra, manage vulnerability updates, automate identity tasks with scripts, and maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams. The role also supports zero-standing-privilege practices, secure design reviews, and identity security for human, non-human, and AI-agent identities.

Analyze product performance, migration logs, and system data to optimize deployment workflows and identify AI/ML opportunities. Build Tableau dashboards, model data from warehouses and NoSQL environments, prototype predictive models in Jupyter, and conduct advanced statistical analysis. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to support data-driven decisions, maintain high-quality data products, follow software development practices, and mentor team members.

Operate and automate a cloud-native cybersecurity data platform for the EU Sovereign region. Manage day-to-day administration, capacity planning, SLIs/SLOs, observability, incident response, and IaC to maximize uptime, reduce toil, and ensure compliance with European data residency requirements.

Deliver post-Go-Live micro-consulting for Workday customers focused on Adaptive Planning and workforce planning. Provide configuration guidance, troubleshooting, data integration support between Adaptive Planning and HCM, build financial models, reports and dashboards, deliver presentations/webinars, perform tenant reviews, and drive feature adoption and deployments.

You will optimize, scale, and manage PostgreSQL infrastructure for a Ruby on Rails application while mentoring teammates and proposing solutions to challenges.

Design, build, and deploy production-scale AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agents, knowledge graphs) across Workday products. Integrate and optimize models, manage lifecycle, ensure performance, observability, security, and collaborate with product and ML teams to deliver user-focused AI features.
