Provide configuration guidance, troubleshooting, data integration support between Adaptive Planning and HCM, build financial models, reports and dashboards, deliver presentations/webinars, perform tenant reviews, and drive feature adoption and deployments.

Serve as a Workday Financials subject-matter consultant delivering micro-consulting, configuration guidance, troubleshooting, demos, tenant reviews, and deployments to accelerate customer feature adoption. Provide presentations, one-on-one guidance, and optimization recommendations while maintaining Workday certifications and staying current with roadmap and industry practices.
