Advises customers on Workday Financials Reporting, helps drive feature adoption, delivers configuration and business requirements reviews, and contributes to new customer enablement programs. Deliver micro-consulting to Workday customers: troubleshoot and configure Workday features, build and maintain Prism Analytics and reporting, present feature demonstrations and webinars, review tenants for adoption opportunities, provide one-on-one accelerators, and help create programs to drive customer feature adoption and deployments.

Deliver post-Go-Live micro-consulting for Workday customers focused on Adaptive Planning and workforce planning. Provide configuration guidance, troubleshooting, data integration support between Adaptive Planning and HCM, build financial models, reports and dashboards, deliver presentations/webinars, perform tenant reviews, and drive feature adoption and deployments.

Generate new business in the Nordics through strategic outbound prospecting and consultative selling. Build relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors, position Workday versus legacy solutions, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop opportunities.

Lead design and implementation of high-throughput, low-latency backend services and APIs optimized for agentic AI. Define API contracts (OpenAPI), improve performance, observability, and resiliency, mentor engineers, own incident response and RCA, and create tools and patterns for cross-team API governance and data exposure.
